GlucoSensei

Log your meals and blood sugar, and see what your food is really doing to you.

GlucoSensei Log your meals and blood sugar, and see what your food is really doing to you.

I built GlucoSensei after I reversed prediabetes and then watched my numbers creep back up. I needed something simpler than one app tracking my blood sugar, another tracking my meals, and me trying to figure out what it all meant. You snap a photo of your meal or search the USDA food database, log your glucose reading, and the Insights page starts showing you patterns over time. There's also a short learning library on blood sugar basics, streaks to keep you logging, and a Glucose Guesser game where you predict how a meal will hit before you check. It's made for people with prediabetes or Type 2 who want to understand their own blood sugar. Works with any finger-prick meter, no CGM needed. Free on iPhone, with an optional Premium plan. It's a tracking and learning tool, not medical advice.
